Cathy started working with me in late 2013 with a 12 week challenge. The results she helped me achieve were amazing! Since then she has always been there to help out with my program's and other training advice, is always friendly and also extremely motivational. I haven't really been going to the gym long but I know that without Cathy motivating me to get there and even try for the 12 week challenge I would struggle to keep myself coming back. I can see results already, in 5 weeks I have lost 8.2kg and centimetres around my chest, waist and thighs. I can see my change in shape and it makes me feel really good about myself and proud of my progress. It makes me want to push harder to keep getting those results and when I want to give up. Cathy helps motivate me to keep pushing so thank you Cathy! I'm looking forward to completing the gym 12 week challenge with Cathy and getting great results!

I have worked with Cathy for just over 2.5 years now and she has supported me since day one. With her help I have managed to go from a 123kg morbidly obese, self-conscious 18 year old to a 80kg healthy and more confident 21 year old. She helped me reach one of my biggest goals and that was to compete in a bodybuilding competition where I placed first in Novice Figure. She has taught me that cardio alone will not get me the results I want and has since day 1 stressed the importance of weight training. This has enabled me to maintain a healthy weight while enjoying the foods I like. Cathy is truly a blessing. Since we met late last year we have worked together nearly 6 mornings per week without fail. I was over 54% BF when we met and I am currently 26%. Her support and encouragement have been incredible. If it wasn't for her attitude towards training I wouldn't be pushing myself as hard, getting the results I am and be looking at getting on stage in a few months. I look forward to training with her every morning as she's more than a trainer, she's a good friend now.

Bronte has been my daughters coach for three years now. She has inspired her as an individual as well as a coach. Bronte goes out of her way to get the best out of her athletes. She is dedicated and gets to know her athletes so that she can coach to their individual strengths. Bronte is respectful of parents and athletes alike. The girls she coaches strive to please her because they respect her, not because she demands it. My daughter's biggest fear is letting her coach down! She would do anything for Bronte.
